IRC/Clinica de Esperanza Updates Clinic to Conform to Government Regulations

IRC/Clinica de Esperanza updated the clinic to conform to the latest governmental regulations. There were 79 items on the list in order to pass the inspection to get the sanitation license from the government. The most challenging was the 6-foot hole for biohazardous waste. It took 5 full days and one night until 1 a.m. for the whole to be completed. Dalton Hines, hired some workers who helped, along with Denis Martinez and Denis’ two sons, and two staff members from the clinic to complete the hole, and they even had to use a jack hammer on the last three feet which was pure stone. There are hardly any clinics, even governmental ones, that have been able to meet the new regulations on the first inspection.
